Built in the 1950s, this former water tower features a modern design. This structure, composed of steel plates with a masonry cladding, was converted into a prestigious apartment building in 1972. Nicknamed 'La Tourelle' the building offers a splendid view of the city and surrounding area. It also serves as a landmark for residents and visitors alike!

Historical Significance

A modern industrial architectural style, this building is a prime example of the successful repurposing of a building for a new use.
